I'm not going to chronicle an everyday day. Suffice it to say we had a pleasant breakfast, went on a bike ride and then a nice dinner - which Sara has told me was overloaded with carbs and I thought I was being good. Crap.
What are carbs? apparently most of what we eat day to day. In vegetables the culprits are potatoes - regular and sweet - corn, carrots and peas. In fruit strawberries and bananas are the ones to make in small doses. Everyone knows pasta and breads are big carbs but the amount of carbs hidden in almost everything we eat is daunting. Later this week at my second visit with Sara she is going to explain in depth reading labels on food products.
I will post a picture and update as well.
Tomorrow I tackle the Weight Loss Group - oh god what am I in for tomorrow??
